Filing a takedown notice

To be effective under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), your notice must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it (for example a profile URL, message link, team page, or attachment path).
• Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district where Find Scrims may be found).
• Consent to service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.

Repeat infringers

We may terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
