Organize your team schedule with availability polls

Find Scrims

Replace Discord maybes with Find Scrims availability polls, finalize overlap, and download a weekly scrim schedule template.

Stop scheduling in the group chat

If your “practice schedule” is a graveyard of maybe reactions, you do not have a schedule—you have anxiety with timestamps. Availability polls turn “when is everyone free?” into a decision you can finalize.

How to start a team availability poll

  1. Open your team page
  2. Go to the Availability tab
  3. Create a poll with timezone, close time, and concrete windows
  4. Ask every starter + coach to vote
  5. Finalize the overlapping block (optionally create the scrim from the result)

Create an availability poll

Deep link pattern for your team: /teams/{teamId}?tab=availability.

Pair polls with a weekly template

Use the CSV template so you are not reinventing the grid every Sunday:

Fill preferred blocks, then only put contested times into the poll. Polls are for conflict resolution, not for discovering that nobody can play Monday mornings.

Org and tournament scopes

The same polling engine works for organizations and tournament scheduling tabs. If you run multi-team programs, standardize the poll title format (Week of Mar 3 — NA scrims) so managers can scan history.
